If screws are used improperly, they may fail to be unscrewed after being properly fitted with the nuts. This is commonly known as "locking" or "sticking". To improve the locking situation, the following aspects can be considered:
1. Choosing the right product:
Before using the product, make sure that its mechanical properties can meet the usage requirements (such as the tensile strength of the bolts and the safe load capacity of the nuts);
The length of the bolt should be appropriately selected, with the requirement being that after tightening, the bolt head should protrude by 1 to 2 tooth pitches.
2. Reduce friction coefficient:
The threads must be kept clean;
Before use, add an appropriate amount of lubricant (such as 40# engine oil or grease).

3. Correct operation method:
The nut must be screwed onto the screw in a way that it is perpendicular to the axis of the screw; do not tilt it.
During the tightening process, the force must be applied evenly and the force should not exceed the safe torque value (refer to the safety torque table).
Try to use torque wrenches or socket wrenches instead of adjustable wrenches or electric wrenches.
When used under high temperature conditions, it must be cooled down. Also, do not rotate it rapidly during use to prevent the temperature from rising sharply, which could cause the device to lock (such as electric wrenches, etc.).
